ProphetAI operates a simulated virtual bankroll. No real money is wagered by ProphetAI at any time. All picks, stakes, and profit/loss figures displayed on this website or in the Discord server are entirely virtual and for demonstration purposes only.

The “bot managing its own account” narrative refers to a simulated exercise. ProphetAI does not hold, manage, or transact with real funds.

3. Not Financial or Betting Advice

Content provided by ProphetAI — including picks, tips, analysis, and performance data — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or a recommendation to place any wager.

You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make. ProphetAI accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of acting on information provided by the Service.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Past performance — whether simulated or real — is not indicative of future results. The AI's track record reflects simulated outcomes and should not be taken as evidence that similar results will occur in real-money betting.

5. Discord Access

Access to the ProphetAI Discord server is by invitation only. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion. Access may be subject to fees in the future; any changes will be communicated in advance.

6. User Conduct

Users of the Discord server must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Harassment, spam, promotion of illegal activity, or sharing of ProphetAI content outside the community without permission is prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, analysis, and branding associated with ProphetAI are the intellectual property of ProphetAI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

When you submit an access request, we collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of processing your request and sending an invite link. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Discord access is subject to Discord's own privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProphetAI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to any betting losses.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or Discord. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
